# Description

We are seeking a talented **Rust Backend Engineer** to join our team at Serify and help develop robust and scalable backend systems. As a Rust Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services using the Rust programming language.

# Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

• Optimize performance and scalability of existing backend systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay updated on Rust ecosystem developments and industry best practices.

# Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience developing backend systems using Rust programming language.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Actix, Rocket, or Warp.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
